Pending review
Applications currently begin through WhatsApp. The optional website form is disabled. If enabled later, a valid form submission creates a private pending-review record; it does not create a public profile. A WhatsApp conversation does not automatically enter that database.
Keep it minimal
Use your preferred name. Do not submit photographs, identity documents, medical information or financial details.
Deletion
The optional website database deletes records after 30 days. WhatsApp conversations are outside that automated process and need a separately approved business retention policy. Contact the business to request deletion. Operational access and data handling policies need approval before online collection is enabled.
