Say whether you want a dinner, beach-club outing, lounge visit or event. Include a preferred date and the general area. You do not need to send a room number, passport or payment information to explain the plan.
Clarify the scope
Ask what the companionship arrangement includes and what it does not. Confirm the duration, activities and expectations. Both adults should freely agree, and either person should be able to decline an additional activity.
Separate the costs
Discuss companionship, transport, food, tickets and optional extras individually. Ask who makes each reservation and whether any payment is due before the meeting. Keep a written record of the agreed terms.
Verify the logistics
Confirm venue access directly, agree on a public meeting point and organize the return journey. If you change location or time, reconfirm the whole plan.
Know what confirmation means
