Playa Macao is not the location of every hotel with Macao in its name or road address. Dreams Macao and Secrets Macao have dedicated Macao property pages; RIU places Palace Macao on Arena Gorda Beach.

The naming trap worth avoiding
A transfer request that says only Macao can be ambiguous. Riu Palace Macao is on Arena Gorda, while an El Macao–Arena Gorda road address may also appear for hotels outside Playa Macao. Copy the complete hotel name and official map pin from your reservation.
Dreams Macao and Secrets Macao
Hyatt maintains separate property pages for Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana and Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana. Confirm which property is actually on your booking and whether it is accepting reservations for your dates. A sister-property relationship does not establish permission for an outside visitor.
Beach outing or resort visit?
Decide whether you are meeting for an outing at a beach-area venue or requesting entry to a resort. For the first, confirm the exact business, reservation and roadside pickup point. For the second, ask the hotel's reception about ID, fees, permitted areas and departure time. Do not treat a beach visit as permission to cross hotel grounds.
Daylight and the return journey
Agree on a recognizable, road-accessible meeting point and how to contact the driver if plans change. Check local beach instructions and conditions on the day. Avoid promising a fixed transfer time or a particular sunset experience before the route, conditions and venue have been confirmed.
Arrange social company
Tell the team whether you want a beach-club afternoon, dinner or a later evening elsewhere, along with the exact Macao property and date. Ask for the companionship quote and transport costs separately. An initial WhatsApp conversation does not reserve a companion, a venue or hotel access.
